Just to be clear, this session is not a prediction for the future. Usually, it entails explaining to you the blocks in your subconsciousness mind. 
These blocks are stopping you from being your best self and living your best life. Sometimes, past life experiences will be revealed and difficulties in your life explained.

I feel this is a lovely treatment to have after your magnetic energy field is cleared and healed as this allows you to be open to new possibilities. If the energy field is blocked, sometimes this can mean we cannot hear the truth about our true potential.

There is an opportunity in the session to ask any questions to your guide and sometimes a loved one that has passed away may come in also.
